ABOUT THIS ROLE… We are looking for an CAS/Bookkeeping Manager with solid US Accounting and Bookkeeping experience. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond junior responsibilities and is confident handling end‑to‑end accounting and tax compliance for a diverse range of US clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead CAS team workflows and scheduling. Review/finalize sales tax, payroll, and management reports. Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with IRS/state deadlines. Oversee efficiency, billing, and staff development in CAS division. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA qualification preferred. Minimum of 5‑7+ years of experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB, including add‑ons and workflow automation tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proven experience leading and mentoring teams. High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
