About the role We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Terminal Manager to join our dynamic team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As Logistics and Terminal Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our logistics operations and terminal facilities. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company within the oil and gas industry. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services Managing the day-to-day operations of our terminal facilities, including inventory control, storage, and distribution Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall operational efficiency Analyzing data and generating reports to monitor and enhance the performance of the logistics and terminal operations Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards Managing and mentoring a team of logistics and terminal personnel What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar logistics and terminal management role, preferably within the petroleum , oil and gas industry Strong operational and project management skills with a proven track record of driving process improvements Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure and optimize performance Proficient in the use of logistics management software and technology Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field What we offer We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
