CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support ourCHAMP Group . The CHAMP Group provides services to consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing clients. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm supporting US teams and clients Bachelor’s Degree required Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
