CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. Serving as the engagement lead on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables. Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules. Continue to build a thorough understanding of all audits, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals. In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, you will provide regular performance coaching and feedback, while developing individual technical and industry skills. Effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership. Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE. Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required CPA designation is preferred but not required 3+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
