Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across HR, IT, Admin, Finance & Operations.
  • Define and execute strategic plans to boost growth, efficiency & profitability.
  • Ensure seamless functioning across distributed locations.
  • Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Drive major initiatives and organizational change.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Act as the principal liaison between local teams and regional/global leadership.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Job Skills & Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or global equivalent in any discipline.
  • 10–15 years in BPO, Travel, or Hospitality industries.
  • At least 5 years in a senior management role with proven leadership and operational success.
  • Strategic leadership: capable of delivering business growth and operational improvements.
  • Cross-functional management: experienced across HR, IT, Finance, Admin, and Ops.
  • Change mastery: skilled in managing program-level initiatives and organizational transformation.
  • People leadership: strong track record of hiring, coaching, and team development.
  • Client & stakeholder relations: adept at managing expectations, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Compliance aptitude: sound understanding of local regulations and risk mitigation frameworks.
