M.A. Castro Customs Brokerage is a licensed Customs Brokerage firm approved by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and accredited with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) to conduct business at any port within the Philippines. Based in Manila, the company is led by Marco Angelo E. Castro, a Certified Licensed Customs Broker. We guarantee fast processing of import and export shipments and provide extensive tariff and customs consultations. Our electronic interface with the Bureau of Customs and wide connections enable us to expedite shipments and ensure prompt customs compliance. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Manila. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing. The Sales Executive will also be involved in negotiating contracts and providing post-sales support. Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven sales experience in a related industry (Non-negotiable) Strong understanding of customs brokerage and logistics processes Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site Experience in the customs brokerage industry is a plus Strong understanding ofBureau of Customs proceduresand trade documentation Willing to travel for field assignments(e.g., port operations, site coordination, client delivery, and inspection activities) Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced logistics environment Eager to learn and grow professionally Positive attitude and professionalism when dealing with clients and stakeholders Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
