As an Inventory Analyst, you will oversee the inventory levels, ensuring that they are maintained accurately to meet the demands of our operations. You will work closely with various departments to forecast and manage the supply chain effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to support the company’s inventory objectives. Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary while minimizing overstock. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies found during reviews. Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and maintain an effective replenishment strategy. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in the supply chain. Provide regular reports and updates on inventory status to management and relevant departments. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inbound logistics. Develop and implement inventory management procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency. Utilize inventory software to maintain accurate inventory records and facilitate process improvements. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure optimal stock organization and storage methods. Assess and mitigate risks related to inventory, such as loss, theft, and damage. Assist in the preparation of inventory forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning. Train and support staff in inventory management practices and software use. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar inventory management role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and databases. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory challenges effectively. Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and suppliers. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in inventory reporting.
