About the Role

We are seeking a motivated
Business Analyst
with experience in the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. This role is well-suited for someone who can collaborate with stakeholders, document business needs, and support project teams in delivering successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT and financial projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Support testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring deliverables meet user expectations
  • Prepare reports, process flows, and documentation to support business and technical teams
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination with cross-functional teams


Qualifications

  • Minimum of
    2 years' experience
    as a Business Analyst
  • Background in
    banking or financial services
    is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, able to bridge business and IT teams
  • Familiarity with requirements documentation, reporting, and process analysis
