The Chatbot Lead would need to have at least 5 years overall experience. In this role you will develop software and system architecture while ensuring alignment with the Application Services standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the deployment of all components within SLF

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study
• Minimum 5 years experience as Systems Analyst
• Minimum 1 year experience with implementing and maintaining a chatbot solution
• Knowledgeable in REST APIs/Webhooks
• Experience with Python/Flask/Java
• Experience with NLU/NLP preferred (Dialogflow)
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team; ability to lead a team
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
• Experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) or Waterfall; databases (Postgre/Oracle/MSSQL)
• Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Jenkins/CI/CD preferred

The Business Systems Manager should have at least 5 years of IT experience in Business Analysis/Process Analysis, or Software Development. The role is to guide a team of Business Analysts in eliciting requirements, documenting information, and validating with stakeholders before endorsing to Development.
