Senior Reports Analyst with Power BI experience We are looking for a Senior Reports Analyst with Power BI experience to join our growing team Basic Qualification Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science , or related field 3–5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data strategy roles Strong expertise in SQL , data modeling, and Power BI for dashboards and reports Proficiency in PowerBI is specifically required for data visualisation and reporting tasks Proficient in ETL processes and data management Skilled in report automation , KPI development, and translating business needs into insights Solid grasp of computer operations , programming concepts, and domain-specific data environments Excellent attention to detail , accuracy , and communication skills for stakeholder reporting Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a shifting schedule Core Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Technical proficiency in data architecture and visualization Strong communication and storytelling skills Leadership and team development Problem-solving and adaptability Commitment to the Company's vision & mission Customer Focus, Excellence, Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, Commitment (CERTIC) Excels at operating in a fast-paced and diverse environment Demonstrated high professional and ethical standards Duties and Responsibilities Project & Stakeholder Management Manage BI projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery. Demonstrated project management experience is essential for coordinating BI initiatives and deliverables Prioritize requests and balance short-term needs with long-term roadmap. Communicate findings and progress to senior leadership with clarity and impact. Success Metrics Adoption and usage of BI tools across departments Accuracy and timeliness of reporting Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement Measurable impact of insights on business outcomes Team development and retention Required Duty Statements Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees. Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. What's in it for you?
