Data and Reporting Analyst (Work From Home | Night Shift) The Data and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for working with multiple databases and other disparate data sources to gather, analyze and report on key data. This position will work closely with stakeholders to document requirements, ensure data accuracy and provide insights through data exports, reports and dashboards. Job Description: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources, including databases and canned system reports. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting platforms. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to support operational decisions. Monitor performance of reports and queries and optimize for efficiency. Design and create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI and SSRS to meet business needs. Qualifications: At least one (1) year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. At least one (1) year experience in healthcare. Experience with Power BI and SSRS for report building and data visualization. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, including joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices. Strong understanding of healthcare data, practice management systems, and electronic medical records. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple priorities and balancing workloads in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently, with minimal oversight and as part of a team.
