Key Responsibilities Manage and analyze sales data across multiple platforms (Google Sheets, Make.com, Pipedrive, and bespoke sales platforms) Identify patterns and differences between datasets to support sales efficiency Assist with process optimization using AI tools Support sales operations, including lead generation and outbound calls Provide administrative support, including file and project management Maintain and update CRM systems Participate in ongoing training for data management and analysis Adapt to evolving business needs and potentially transition to other roles as required Qualifications Proven experience in data management, analysis, and sales support Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms Familiarity with project and file management tools Strong process orientation and attention to detail Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, remote team Flexible availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in the client’s time zone Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and processes Based in the Philippines (preferred) Must be amenable to work at night Must have own working asset (Computer – Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset) Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger) Benefits PH Mandated Benefits Night Differential Paid Leaves Holiday Premiums Internet Allowance Electricity Allowance HMO 13th month pay Annual Performance Appraisal #J-18808-Ljbffr
