Assist in the design and development of training programs through systematic Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Facilitate and implement technical training sessions in alignment with organizational service standards. Maintain accurate and updated documentation of all training activities, resources, and training equipment usage. Prepare competency evaluations and performance ratings for frontliners based on defined service standards. Oversee the management, maintenance, and inventory of all service training facilities, tools, special equipment, training units, and instructional materials; conduct quarterly audits of assets. Support the development and execution of technical training activities, programs, and related learning initiatives. Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all training curricula, modules, and evaluation tools against unauthorized access or distribution. Enforce 5S workplace organization practices and ensure regular preventive maintenance of all tools, equipment, and facilities within the training center. Stay abreast of technological advancements through continuous research and participation in relevant technical training programs. Recommend the design and development of special tools to enhance repair efficiency and technician productivity. Conduct technical evaluations, research initiatives, and diagnostics on emerging product issues. Facilitate field testing and surveys to validate product performance and gather feedback. Deliver technical training programs and conduct competency assessments for assigned personnel. Perform other related duties and special assignments as may be required by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
