About the role: Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cost Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all project costs and schedules are accurately estimated and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be working closely with our project teams to ensure the successful completion of construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide, aligned with engineering standards. Qualifications: Must possess at least a Professional License in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent At least 2 years of working experience in the related field 1-4 years of experience specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural Must be able to prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules Proficient in budgeting, planning, and monitoring of investment projects Comfortable negotiating and discussing cost information with contractors Willing to perform fieldwork when necessary Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the entire project cycle, including design, development, construction, maintenance, and renovation of all Motortrade branches nationwide Prepares and reviews technical construction guidelines Reviews and critiques proposed changes, ensuring they align with engineering standards, policies, and project details Coordinates project activities with superiors and the construction team Responsible for filing and maintaining construction documents for each project Ensures that all projects and development plans comply with engineering standards and best practices About Concerted Management Corporation: Concerted Management Corporation is the support group of Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the number one motorcycle dealer in the Philippines.
