Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and executing data pipelines and visibility tools to improve organizational performance for WHR Global Consulting. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers and requires strong technical skills in data pipeline management and visualization.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Pasig

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Php 60,000 to Php 70,000

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Visualization – Turning data into information for stakeholders
  • Data Automation – Creating systematic processes for data ingestion
  • Data Reporting – Providing ad hoc or scheduled reports to stakeholders
  • Data Troubleshooting – Identifying root causes of issues in reports, dashboards, or SQL scripts
  • Team Player – Supporting and backing up fellow team members
  • KPIs – Monitoring and identifying opportunities for performance improvement
  • Clarifying and following up with concerned parties on the root cause of data discrepancies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; Mathematics or Computer Science major preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and any modern programming language
  • Experience in dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • High integrity with a strong sense of trust and responsibility
  • Quick to learn new knowledge and skills
  • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and business intelligence related to assigned product or program
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Possesses strong data analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to documented procedures
  • Background in freight forwarding, consolidation, or logistics preferred
  • Some technical knowledge in SQL, programming languages, and BI software
