Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver robust designs and processes to Manufacturing with full understanding of product performance, material implications, project cost, and manufacturing design. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and well-managed product launches. Participates actively in design reviews and provides input to new electronic circuit and mechanical designsMonitors production processes and trouble shoot issues during the transition from development to manufacturing. Conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation plans. Collaborates with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products. Releases of build report, validation report, and process logs. Releases initial cycle time on the new models. Develops documentation to support production including but not limited to work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, and product labels. Provides technical support to process Engineering in handing over the project. Creates documents such as PCP FMEA and work instruction. Maintains and follows up on action plans. Job Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related course With minimum of 5 years of work experience in NPI or Process Engineering Strong project management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge in quality systems and ISO standards Experience with semi-automated manufacturing equipment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
