Overview
Awesome CX by Transcom is hiring a highly detail-oriented and organized Product Technical Support II to join our Production team. This role is responsible for monitoring and identifying negative reviews on the Amazon platform, proactively contacting customers, and assisting them in resolving issues encountered during product use.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot software issues related to device connectivity, mobile applications, firmware, and cloud services
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Monitor and identify negative reviews on the Amazon platform, proactively contact customers, and assist them in resolving product-use issues
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IoT systems, APIs, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and cloud platforms
- Basic scripting or debugging skills (e.g. Python, Postman, Wireshark)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams
