  1. Supporting demand forecasting and ensuring on-time delivery through smart logistics strategies.
  2. Monitoring national material flow and managing in-transit inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
  3. Assisting with warehouse operations — from purchasing and sales to storage management.
  4. Overseeing daily service center activities and ensuring top performance.
  5. Visiting dealers and sales teams to ensure outstanding after-sales satisfaction.
  6. Managing the income and expenses of service centers for business efficiency.
