People Business Partner Specialist Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure our people‑related processes and practices are transparent, correctly implemented, and fully compliant with local legislation, creating a fair and balanced work environment for all team members. With a deep understanding of our business goals and operational environment, you will develop people‑related strategies, policies, and practices to support team members in achieving our goals. You will manage our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), oversee timekeeping processes, and administer and resolve minor employee disciplinary matters in alignment with established guidelines. What you’ll do Case Management: Process non‑terminable employee disciplinary and conduct cases promptly, guiding stakeholders through the disciplinary process with reference to local and global policy handbooks. Policy Rollout and Compliance: Ensure timely rollout of updated policies and procedures throughout the organization and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders. Process Improvement and Policy Development: Review current processes and policies to align with organizational needs and industry best practices. HR Sessions and Counseling: Conduct one‑on‑one and focus‑group sessions to provide technical support and counseling on HR‑related matters and foster a positive working relationship between HR and line management. Resolution of Concerns: Address and resolve employee concerns promptly to minimize escalations. Partnership and Collaboration: Improve communication, mutual understanding, and alignment between HR and business functions. Employee Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities such as team‑building events, wellness and recognition programs. Program Development and Administration: Develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help team members, managers, and leadership achieve business goals. Policy Deployment and Enhancements: Oversee policy deployment and enhancements, ensuring clear communication plans and feedback mechanisms, and lead the performance management process. Employee Relation Strategies: Ideate and develop strategies to embed a positive employer‑employee relationship that increases morale, engagement, and retention targets. HRIS Management: Administer, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the HRIS database, generate reports, and recommend system enhancements. Timekeeping Administration: Oversee timekeeping processes, ensure accuracy and completeness of records, resolve discrepancies, and conduct audits for continuous improvement. What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Management Course. Highly adept in Google Suite. Basic to advanced knowledge in HR facets such as employee engagement, labor law, and system administration. Analytical and creative with positive influencing skills.
