Summary

The Technical Design Architect plays a critical role in transforming creative concepts into feasible, detailed, and buildable designs for theme park attractions and entertainment projects. This position bridges the gap between artistic vision and technical execution — ensuring that designs meet safety, structural, and operational requirements while maintaining creative integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative and conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and documentation for construction and fabrication.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design intent is met across all project stages.
  • Review and validate architectural plans for compliance with structural, safety, and local building codes.
  • Develop 3D models, technical schematics, and specifications for materials and finishes.
  • Provide technical guidance during the design development, prototyping, and implementation phases.
  • Identify design challenges early and propose practical, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must be from Europe, preferably Hungary or Romania, and willing to relocate to the Philippines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, ideally in theme parks, leisure, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and international codes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
