Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical and clinical support to the customers such as troubleshooting, installations and commissioning of medical equipment.
  • Coordinate continuously with suppliers/principals and customers on service-related issues.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and servicing of medical equipment.
  • Provide support for cases and equipment demos.
  • Keep track of spare parts usage and ordering.
  • Maintain proper regular reporting and updating.
  • Track machine and environmental performance.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
  • Willing to handle areas based on residence.
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in electronic/electro-mechanical engineering, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Bioengineering/Biomedical or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience specializing in medical devices/products/equipment industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Good understanding of Government bidding process is a plus.
  • Effective time management and requires minimal supervision.
  • With positive working attitude and able to embrace Transmedic’s Guiding Principles.
  • Practice integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.
  • Preferably residing in NCR.
