
Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinic locations ensuring consistent service delivery, inventory, scheduling, and customer service performance across outlets
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for clinical and administrative processes
- Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and minimize operations costs
- Monitor KPI’s, sales targets, and operational metrics to improve branch efficiency
- Work closely with marketing, HR and finance to ensure integrated business operations
- Manage medical supplies, equipment and product inventory across multiple locations
- Implement quality control programs to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance
- Track key performance indicators including patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and resolve escalated customer issues
- Monitor and control operational expenses while maintaining service quality
- Ensure all operations comply with DOH regulations and healthcare standards
- Supervise frontline staff, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 to 8 years of operations management experience in aesthetic clinic, beauty and wellness, retail or service industries
- Understanding of medical clinic operations and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in clinic management systems, inventory management software, and data analysis
- Experience managing operations across multiple locations
- Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Deep understanding of patient care and service quality standards
- Must be willing to work in Katipunan, Quezon City
