Overview Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Billing Calculations Analyst role at Shopee . Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll and weekly incentives for Shopee Xpress Fleet and Backroom ensuring accuracy in pay rates, deductions and statutory benefits Review and validate payroll data for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies prior payroll submission Ensure data integrity and confidentiality Respond to Service Provider inquiries regarding payroll and incentives Analyze payroll data to identify trends and variances Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve accuracy Partner with Strategy teams to ensure accurate incentives schemes are followed for the specific incentives period Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance Payroll regulations and compliance requirements Google Platforms / Microsoft Excel E-commerce and Logistics Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Internet Marketplace Platforms and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
