Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities on the shift.
  • Implements work schedule and ensures that lines adhere to required production quality standards.
  • Monitors work performance and behavior of Line Leaders and workers and ensure adherence to work standards and company rules.
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensures proper and immediate containment of defective product and abnormal line condition in the work area.
  • Ensure efficient use of production resources and effective implementations of production systems, standards and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineers, Line Leaders and Technicians to address abnormal conditions/ problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare reports for management.
Job Qualifications
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in operations or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Knowledge on the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHS 18001
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications specifically Microsoft Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Location: Cebu, Philippines
