Oracle Fusion Finance – Techno Functional Analyst

Role: Senior Techno Functional Analyst, Oracle Fusion Finance Overview Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) / Remote (India) Contract: 12 months Technical Know-How: Oracle Fusion Application, O2C, Designing Integrations OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Order Management, Accounts Receivable, FBDI Data Conversion, Designing Reports using BIP / OTBI. Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies ERP Fusion configuration Order Management Fusion module configuration Product Hub Revenue Management integration understanding Responsible for the Fusion cloud data migration Demonstrable understanding of key Order-to-Cash configuration and functional processes on Oracle EBS / Fusion Excellent understanding of the following Oracle modules and functions: (Invoicing/AR, GL, Cash Mgmt) / Revenue Recognition / Interfacing techniques Designing Integrations from Source to Target using OIC, FBDI and Rest API Designing Reports using BIP / OTBI Basic understanding of SQL is required to analyze and debug issues Have well versed in all Fusion Finance modules High level understanding of Finance principles and financial analytics High level commercial experience, having worked on one or more technology or business transformation projects or programs Experience in business analysis techniques, such as gathering requirements through interviews and workshops, or modelling processes and use cases Demonstrable experience working throughout a project lifecycle, engaging with various stakeholders and managing and/or reviewing appropriate project documentation Good stakeholder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions Some understanding of Finance industry trends both business and technology Desired Skills Good communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills A good understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies Good familiarity with project management and architecture disciplines Proficient with business analysis tools and Microsoft Office products Experience and knowledge of Billing, Accounts receivable, Credit Management, Cash collection and/or Revenue Calculation (including pricing) would be extremely useful Experience with Agile delivery methodology Education / Certifications Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience Certification in Technical Analysis and/or Development by a recognizable institution, is a plus Proven training in software development lifecycle or methodologies About RIA Advisory RIA Advisory LLC (RIA) is a business advisory and technology company that specializes in the field of Revenue Management and Billing for Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Exchanges, Utilities, Healthcare and Insurance industry verticals.
