Experience: 9+ years Permanent Senior Developer Philippines Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Solution Lead – ERP Cloud with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end ERP Cloud implementations, solution design, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead functional streams and provide business-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance/Procurement/Projects/Subscription Management – based on client needs). Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend ERP best practices. Provide solution leadership across ERP functional areas, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives. Configure and customize ERP Cloud modules as per requirements. Drive workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, etc.), and support UAT. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reports. Ensure successful migration from legacy systems to ERP Cloud. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements. Mentor junior consultants and guide cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience 9+ years of overall ERP experience with at least 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations . Strong functional expertise in one or more modules: Financials, Procurement, Projects, Subscription Management, or SCM . Deep understanding of ERP processes – Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), etc. Hands-on experience in configuration, functional setups, and testing . Knowledge of ERP Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS). Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience as a Solution Lead / Lead Consultant on large-scale ERP programs. Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Subscription-based businesses. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
