Oracle SCM Senior Consultant

An experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant – to join NRI's Oracle practice. Reporting to NRI's Oracle Practice Lead, you will be part of an Agile delivery team who will work on various projects where we are delivering Oracle SCM Cloud services to our customers. Working in a hybrid environment with flexibility, you will enjoy working with a talented and experienced team on challenging and rewarding projects.

You will have opportunities to develop new skills, engage in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team, you can share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Participate on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management projects for customers to design, build, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions, and work with customers to realise business value.
• Elicit business process requirements using a variety of effective engagement techniques and by participation in workshops with customer stakeholders to clarify business issues and create solutions.
• Design and implement enhanced business systems by accurately identifying business needs, setting priorities, and employing contemporary best-practice methodologies and processes.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation throughout the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• With more than 5 years of relevant experience you will have worked on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management implementation projects; and are an expert in some of the Supply Chain Execution and Manufacturing modules i.e. Inventory, Asset Maintenance, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Planning.
• At least one Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications is mandatory.
• Experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications, with the ability to create and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Experience of operating as a Function Consultant at least one successful Oracle Fusion implementation project.
• Extensive experience in managing the review, analysis, and design of complex business processes and services for customers in various industries, demonstrating the ability to improve business performance through innovative business analysis solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to participate in workshops and produce high quality deliverables and presentations.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in an Agile environment, with experience working with distributed teams, including onshore and offshore models.
