Overview
Finance Admin Specialist - Management Information System (MIS) is a critical position responsible for managing financial administrative tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, generating comprehensive management information reports, and supporting data-driven decision making across JLL Philippines. This role combines financial administration expertise with management information systems capabilities to ensure operational efficiency and strategic insights.
What You'll Do- Financial Administration: Manage day-to-day financial administrative tasks and processes; maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation; process financial transactions, invoices, and expense reports; ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Management Information Systems (MIS): Generate comprehensive management information reports for various stakeholders; develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics; create data visualizations and analytical reports to support strategic decision making; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on financial trends.
- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources; ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems; identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures; support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with finance teams, property managers, and senior leadership; provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning; respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and financial queries; present findings and recommendations to management teams.
- System Administration: Maintain and optimize financial systems and reporting tools; support system implementations and upgrades; train team members on financial systems and reporting procedures; ensure proper backup and security of financial data.
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial administration and/or MIS with corporate financial reporting experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with financial software systems (SAP, Oracle), and knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Preferred: Professional certifications (CPA, CMA), commercial real estate experience, and knowledge of business intelligence tools
