  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse workforce to achieve operational excellence
  • Proficiency in using relevant shipyard management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or a related field
