I’m the CEO of a fast-scaling eCommerce company that’s generated over US$218M in sales. I move fast, set high standards, and expect the same from the people around me. I’m looking for a world‑class Executive Assistant who can be my right hand, someone who thrives on details, speed, and ownership. This isn’t just calendar management. This is about freeing up my time so I can focus on strategy while you handle the execution. If you do this well, you’ll not only gain exposure to high‑growth operations but also take on special projects that stretch your skills and impact. What You’ll Be Doing Inbox owner - filter noise, prioritize the signal, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Calendar control tower - run complex schedules across multiple time zones. Meeting anchor - sit in on Zoom calls, capture action steps, make sure follow‑through happens and provide clear progress updates so nothing falls through the cracks. Priority keeper - keep my top goals front and center; flag when something’s slipping. Drive accountability across teams - coordinate with HODs, copywriters, and staff to secure approvals, track deliverables, and push projects to completion. Be the filter - scan Slack, emails, and updates daily, surface the signal from the noise, and brief the CEO so each day starts with clarity. Lead special projects - contracts, surveys, research, automation, product naming contests, or whatever comes next. Occasional personal support - travel planning, schedules, reservations What I Expect From You High standards. “Good enough” won’t cut it. Fast and responsive. Acknowledge quickly, then execute. Detail-obsessed. Typos, errors, missed deadlines, not acceptable. Accuracy and deadlines are non‑negotiable. Independent thinker. I’ll tell you the “what”; you figure out the “how.” Smart clarifier. Ask questions upfront instead of wasting time later. 1‑3‑1 mindset. When faced with a problem, give me 3 options and your #1 recommendation. Quick learner. You’ll face projects you’ve never done before, you must figure them out fast. What You Bring 2–4 years supporting executives or managers. Strong English communication skills, written and verbal. Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities. Discreet with sensitive information. Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and quick to master new ones. Bonus: eCommerce or digital marketing exposure. The Deal Remote role. You’ll primarily align with Singapore time, but you must be flexible for international calls. You’ll get direct exposure to high‑growth eCommerce operations at scale. You’ll start as a world‑class support EA, with the chance to take on bigger projects as you prove yourself. Compensation: USD $800–$1400/month (with opportunities to grow as responsibility expands). This is a role for someone who wants to move fast, learn fast, and grow fast.
