Overview

Thakral One is looking for a BIAN Business Analyst to support core banking transformation by modeling processes, mapping data, and defining BIAN-aligned service domains, workflows, and API interactions. The role involves leading requirements workshops, analyzing business gaps, and creating capability models and user journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding of BIAN Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers and Control Record
  • Ability to create service domain interactions in workflow
  • Data Mapping / Business Object Model
  • Experience in creating Logical data model
  • Ability to run workshops with senior stakeholders to identify gaps
  • Ability to create business capability model
  • Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients
  • BIAN certified candidate is preferred
  • Ability to define Swaggers for API contracts
  • Ability to analyse business processes and identify AP interactions and API interactions
  • Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions and identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions
  • Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications
  • Good knowledge of one or more Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products, Credit Cards etc
  • Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-8 Years
