Overview

The scope and function encompass general accounting such as asset management, inventory management and other functions of Record-to-report, as well as other aspects of finance and their basic functional responsibilities and activities categorized below.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises the monthly depreciation and amortization of Assets.
  • Supervises the proper recording of fixed assets.
  • Supervises the monthly inventory adjustment of custodian.
  • Supervises the semi-annual inventory count.
  • Supervises the investment accounting.
  • Checks the monthly commission of Skin and Body employees and doctor’s professional fee.
  • Supervises the daily collection report of Clinic, Lavazza and Pharmacy branches.
  • Checks the monthly sales recording of Lavazza and Pharmacy branch.
  • Assists all departments in various concerns in financial reporting.
  • Supervises monthly adjustment of PFRS16.
  • Reviews and prepares quarterly BSR.
  • Monitors prepaid accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Handles SAP activity.
  • Reviews and posts other receivables reclassification.
  • Runs inventory cost items entries and prices in Nav.
  • Prepares PPE valuation adjustments.
  • Reviews and posts inventory purchase credit memo.
  • HR related accounting adjustments.
  • Prepares KPI report.
