Sales Operations Specialist Work Set-up: Remote Work Shift: 9 PM - 6 AM PHT, Monday to Friday Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support our sales organization by ensuring data accuracy, optimizing Salesforce processes, and providing real-time operational support. This role is essential in driving efficiency, improving sales processes, and enhancing revenue growth. Core Responsibilities Salesforce Administration: Manage Salesforce tasks, including custom reporting, bulk record updates, and data accuracy maintenance. Generate reports and address ad-hoc data requests to support sales operations. Real-Time Sales Support: Provide live support during working hours, assisting sales teams with operational requests. Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Support Sales Initiatives: Assist the Senior Sales Operations Manager in executing operational projects, troubleshooting sales processes, and implementing workflow improvements. The internal employee currently handling this role will be promoted to focus on domestic sales efforts. The new hire will take over the support responsibilities to free up the internal employee’s capacity for growth‑focused tasks. Additional Areas of Impact Data Enrichment & AI Integration: Use AI‑powered tools to enrich and validate sales data, ensuring the team operates with up-to-date insights. Sales Tech Stack Management: Gain expertise in tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and Rattle to provide technical support and user training. Sales Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies in sales records, pipelines, and forecasting. Qualifications Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, data management, dashboard creation skills, and workflow optimization. Proficiency in mass email marketing tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills and prior experience supporting U.S.-based teams.
