About The Role As the Amazon Operations & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping client operations running efficiently—from monitoring inventory and resolving cases to maintaining catalogs and coordinating shipments across global marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes pride in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day execution for Amazon accounts. Responsibilities FBA Inventory & Replenishment – Follow a structured process to calculate FBA restock quantities, create and submit shipments in Seller Central, and generate shipping labels for clients. Ensure timely replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability. Listing & Catalog Management Support – Identify and update incorrect or incomplete product information. Submit listing updates via Seller Central or Amazon flat files, assist in updating images, A+ content, and variations, and open/manage support cases to resolve catalog‑related issues. Case & Issue Resolution Management – Open, track, and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support related to listings, reimbursements, or shipment discrepancies. Escalate unresolved issues, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure timely, accurate case resolution. Order & Shipment Coordination – Track replenishment timelines, inbound FBA deliveries, and shipping schedules while coordinating with suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics partners to prevent delays and stockouts. Operational Reporting & Research Support – Pull, analyze, and summarize operational data (e.g., replenishment, stranded inventory, and case reports). Draft meeting notes, prepare discussion summaries, and conduct research on opportunities ahead of sales events (e.g., deals, coupons, and promotions). Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure smooth operational execution. Must‑Have At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations, particularly in inventory and case management. Solid understanding of Amazon FBA processes, including replenishment workflows, shipment creation, and inbound reconciliation. Experience with flat files for catalog updates and bulk uploads. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Nice‑to‑Have Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional logic, and reporting). Background in start‑up or agency environments, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
