We’re Hiring: Digital Content Specialist

Onsite | Angeles City, Pampanga

Night Shift (US Timezone) | Monday to Friday | Starting at 9PM

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and digital trends? We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team and lead the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Support influencer collaborations and help maximize content reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content.
  • Use AI-powered tools to streamline content creation and boost quality.
  • Leverage Dashclicks for campaign management, reporting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
  • Proficient in design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.
  • Experience using Dashclicks and AI-based content tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and organized.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable working onsite and on a night shift schedule.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO and social media analytics tools.
