Screening and Selection ⦁ Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. ⦁ Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates'' suitability for the role of agent. ⦁ Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and alignment with organizational values.
