Branch Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist policyholders with plans, benefits, and required documents.
- Review, encode, and process policy benefit requests.
- Release and mail policy contracts.
- Handle cashiering tasks when needed (receipts, DCR, checks, fund replenishment).
- Provide customer support to agents, policyholders, and co-workers.
- Perform other branch service tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or relevant Financial course.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Flexible and proactive team player.
- Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga
