If you think you are a suitable match, we’re looking forward to meeting you Your Role: The Reports and Analytics Team Lead is responsible for managing capacity planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure organizational efficiency. What You Will Do: Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain standardized capacity templates, streamline processes, coordinate with Operations for data inputs and updates, lead capacity discussions, and maintain process documentation. Budget Management: Oversee the annual budgeting process by creating templates, coordinating data flow from capacity files, reviewing calculations, and securing approvals from stakeholders. Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain reports to track organizational, team, and individual performance metrics, enabling actionable insights for improved outcomes. Reporting and Compliance: Manage corporate-level reporting, billing, audits, and policy documentation while ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders. Team Leadership: Monitor team performance, assign tasks equitably, foster team morale through activities, and drive professional development through regular feedback and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or performance planning, with a specific focus on individual or team performance analytics. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio), statistical software (Excel, Google Sheets), and database management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights that improve individual and organizational performance. Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven ability to present findings and collaborate across various teams. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor team members while driving performance goals.
