Job Summary The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support to the Management of LMercado Agri-Farms . The role involves handling daily office coordination, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality in managing both routine and sensitive company matters. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, minutes, and follow-ups. Draft, review, and manage letters, reports, and presentations for management. Handle confidential company information with discretion and integrity. 2. Communication & Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of reports and updates. Monitor incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritize matters requiring immediate attention. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain and organize company records, reports, and other important documents. Assist in preparing financial and operational summaries for management review. Support in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ongoing company projects. 4. Operational Support Assist in implementing management directives and ensuring follow-through. Provide logistical support during company events, meetings, and training activities. Help oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. 5. Financial & Administrative Assistance Support in monitoring budgets, reimbursements, and expense reports. Coordinate with accounting and admin teams for purchases, payments, and documentation. Ensure accuracy and proper filing of financial and administrative records. 6. Other Duties Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Must be discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information .
