What You Will Do Start from scratch building and maintaining strong relationships with creators and influencers. Help execute social media strategies and campaigns for creators, learning how to develop content and marketing plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and projects. Monitor and track campaign performance, gathering data for performance reports and providing recommendations based on the analysis. Communicate regularly with creators, ensuring they are aware of timelines, deliverables, and next steps. Assist in resolving day-to-day issues or questions from creators, escalating to senior team members when necessary. Research and stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing. Learn how to optimise and report on campaigns, gaining experience in analytics and performance metrics. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering input and learning from more experienced team members. Required Skills And Experience Fluency in English Knowledge of more European languages is a big plus Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude Entrepreneurial attitude, every creator represents an independent business the Account Manager needs to grow Strong willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Google, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads would be a strong plus Previous professional interactions with tiktok/ig content creators would be a strong plus Experience in client-facing roles would be a plus What You Will Get From This Experience Learn from team members while working with top global creators and influencers Assist in managing a portfolio while gaining experience in creators’ industries Learn the basics of Google, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads Learn about the dynamics of an early-stage tech startup environment Work closely with the team and founders to learn and grow Exposure to a meritocratic and results-driven environment Learn and grow quickly with potential for future career development Enhance communication and stakeholder management skills through hands‑on learning Why You Might Not Be Excited About Us We're still a growing team, so if you like more established companies, this role isn’t for you.
