Business Resilience SME Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Full-time, Morning Shift, Onsite NOTE: Only Filipino locals or PR holders can apply. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Governance Define and establish business and technology resilience strategies aligned with enterprise objectives. Develop governance frameworks, forums, and reporting structures for resilience oversight. Define key Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) , and resilience metrics including RTO, RPO, availability, and MTTR . Ensure resilience initiatives align with operational readiness, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements. Assessment and Planning Identify Important Business Services (IBS) and perform dependency mapping between applications, infrastructure, and business functions. Conduct impact tolerance assessments , severe but plausible scenario analysis , and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Assess Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and define remediation strategies . Design and document recovery blueprints for critical systems and services. Design and Implementation Develop resilience architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, including Disaster Recovery (DR) , High Availability (HA) , backup , and failover strategies. Embed BCP and DR capabilities into technical designs and service delivery models. Coordinate and lead DR drills , chaos engineering , and failover testing to validate service readiness. Integrate resilience controls with observability platforms, automation tools, and ITSM processes . Monitoring and Operations Leverage observability and telemetry data to monitor service health and resilience performance. Develop and maintain real-time dashboards , resilience maturity heatmaps , and scorecards . Manage and track resilience backlogs , configuration baselines , and recovery documentation . Coordinate incident response , service resumption , and post-incident reviews to drive service recovery and improvement. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Drive AI-driven resilience initiatives , such as predictive failure detection and automated recovery workflows . Foster a proactive resilience culture across technology and business functions. Conduct resilience maturity assessments and lead continuous service improvement programs. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Service Continuity , Business Continuity , or Technology Resilience roles. Strong knowledge of availability and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) . Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog). Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership capability to drive process adherence, governance, and continuous improvement. Primary Skillset Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Deep understanding of BCP/DR frameworks , recovery planning, testing, and execution. Technology Resilience Design: Expertise in HA, DR, backup, failover, and fault‑tolerant architectures across hybrid environments. Operational Resilience Frameworks: Knowledge of resilience standards, frameworks, and regulatory alignment (e.g., DORA, FCA, PRA). Impact Tolerance & IBS Mapping: Experience identifying Important Business Services and mapping business‑to‑technology dependencies . Governance & Reporting: Skilled in creating resilience scorecards, dashboards , and executive‑level reports . Risk Assessment & Scenario Planning: Proficiency in FMEA , risk acceptance analysis , and severe‑but‑plausible scenario planning . Testing & Validation: Hands‑on experience conducting DR drills , failover simulations , chaos testing , and resilience readiness assessments .
