Responsibilities

  • Expand the Business: Discover and develop new B2B customer pipelines based on our product and business direction.
  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Innovate & Solve: Uncover client needs and deliver impactful, tailor-made solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competition, and market shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strategic Outreach: Research and target high-potential leads to grow market presence.
  • Lead the Deal: Drive negotiations, structure proposals, and close business deals that benefit both the client and our company.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking & writing required).
  • A background in cross-border payments, logistics, or trade is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
