Social Media Manager

Monthly Rate : 450-550

Availability : Part-time – 20 hours/week

Time Zone : Within 8AM to 5PM CT

• Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
• – Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook platforms
• – Oversee 3 to 4 additional brand or partner accounts
• – Handle 2 primary accounts for the founder:
• – Personal LinkedIn and Instagram (main focus)
• – Company LinkedIn
• – Cross post content to secondary accounts using Hootsuite
• – Engage with the online community and schedule regular content
• – Manage social media accounts related to the podcast
• – Create short promotional clips from podcast episodes
• – Post guest announcements one week prior to episode release
• – Share promotional posts to support podcast episode launches
• – Enthusiasm and Account Management must be enthusiastic and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• – Availability: 7:30 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT.
• – English Proficiency: Excellent English writing, grammar, and punctuation are crucial for this role.
• – Role Understanding: Clear understanding of the role’s scope and pace.
• – Immediate Start: Able to start as soon as possible.
• – Technical Skills: Proficiency with Canva, Hootsuite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, CapCut, Slack, Google Suite, and Adobe.
• Good to have: Podcast editing experience; creative mindset; enjoys working with creative direction and templates.
• Non-negotiable Requirements:
• – Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite
• – Understanding brand voice differentiation: Rogers’ personal brand vs company voice
• – Ability to work with multiple CPG brands
• – Enthusiasm and Account Management: must be able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• – Availability: 7:30 AM CT to 5:00 PM CT
