Overview

Oversee and manage the IT Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring efficient threat detection, incident response, and remediation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the IT Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring efficient threat detection, incident response, and remediation.
  • Lead both Blue Team and Red Team activities, ensuring proactive defense measures and penetration testing strategies.
  • Manage security resources, project engagements, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, etc.), and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating security tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for Managed Security Services (MSSP) clients.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the security operations team, fostering a culture of security awareness and professional growth.
  • Must have any of the following certifications:
  • ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Security Blue Team Level 1 (BTL1)
  • eLearnSecurity Certified Incident Responder (eCIR)
  • SANS GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • Willing to work on-site and preferably someone who can start as soon as possible
