We are currently seeking a Security Analyst to be based in our Philippines office.

As part of Managed Security Services, the current position includes security operations as well as post-sales responsibilities. Our Security operations include protection of customer's sensitive information and services by analyzing security events and react accordingly. You are part of the team responsible for detecting, identifying and responding to any potential threat. Our post-sales actions include maintenance of the deployed security equipment and resolving any issues regarding the service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations.
  • Incident Handling.
  • Event Management.
  • Forensic analysis.
  • Threat Intelligence consumption.
  • Documentation process.
  • Use of Service Desk system.
  • Deploy security solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree on any ICT related subject.
  • 3 to 4 years working experience in information security related areas.
  • Very good knowledge of TCP/IP stack.
  • Good knowledge of *NIX operating systems.
  • Good knowledge of the well-known protocols.
  • Working knowledge on NGFW and UTM systems.
  • Able to identify and understand common attacks.
  • Experience with SIEM products.
  • Fluent communication in English both written and oral.

It would be great if you have:

  • Master degree in Data Communications or Information Security.
  • NS4 Certification (Network Security Expert 4 provided by Fortinet).
  • Any additional certifications related to InfoSec (CompTIA+, CEH, GSEC etc.).
  • Any involvement in scripting (Python, TCL, shell scripting)
