Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Cebu. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests and concerns
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat sales and referrals
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer experience
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention
Qualifications
- A degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Automotive dealership industry is a plus
- Customer-oriented
