Job Description

United Bearing Industrial Corporation is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Bacololod City, Negros Occidental. This full-time position is responsible for supporting our small accounting practice through a range of bookkeeping and financial duties.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly documented
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and bill payments
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Providing general administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, ideally within a small business environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant academic qualifications in accounting or a related field
  • Experience with processing Government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, etc.)
