Prepares the request for payment forms (RFP) for verified and recorded payable invoices and expenses reports. Submits processed RFP to the Treasury Department for preparation of its respective check vouchers. Submit the check vouchers along with their attached documentation to the Manila office for preparation of Check Vouchers. Maintains and updates the cash disbursement journal by recording issued checks for the month and recording petty cash transaction for the month from the Treasury Department. Prepares purchase summary and withholding tax summary for the month after recording all checks issued in the cash disbursement journal and submit it to the Finance Manager for perusal and tax filing. Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA is a plus, but not required With at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounts Payable Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Understanding of Mathematics & Accounting, and Financial processes. Ethical Behavior Can start as soon as possible.
