Overview

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various stages of product assembly and machine operation for manufacturing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Report any equipment or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree from a recognized institution. At least College Level/Graduate
  • Experience Level: Open to individuals with less than 1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic and dedication to high-quality output.
  • Basic project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively and efficiently.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Knowledge in forecasting and process improvement.
  • Understanding of quality standards relevant to the production line.
  • Drive to participate in market development initiatives.
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Noted responsibilities include assisting in managing production projects from conception to completion, planning and executing production schedules, and contributing to team efforts in meeting production targets.
  • Working Conditions: The role may involve shift work and may require physical activity within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and precision; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; adaptable, proactive, and solution-focused; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; resilience under pressure and adaptability to change.
  • Good in oral and written communication.
  • Owning Responsibilities of team and team members.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite, and can start ASAP.
  • Can do multi-tasking activities and can work with minimal supervision.
  • With at least 1 year experience as a Production Manufacturing Line Leader / with Supervisory.
