In the past year, TEAM LEWIS donated almost $2 million to 445 causes worldwide. Purpose of the role The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, implement, and report on paid omni-channel digital campaigns across client accounts. The role requires a proactive and analytical approach to developing paid digital strategies and campaigns, including channel and audience planning, campaign implementation, optimization for efficiencies, and reporting to internal and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Client Management Assist the team with the management of client accounts and projects. Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and the team on digital tactics and online opportunities based on data. Support relationships with clients, establishing LEWIS pulse as a long-term partner for digital communications services. Coordinate communication with select clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and service agreements are met. Participate in business development by supporting pitch preparation and research. Performance Marketing Assist in developing paid digital strategies and plans across platforms that meet client objectives (e.g., Meta, TikTok, programmatic, display, YouTube, SEM, LinkedIn). Conduct analysis on audience, keywords, and benchmarks to support effective multi-channel campaigns. Prepare media diaries with creative material specifications and timelines for delivery. Prepare ad tracking/serving tags and ensure pixels are shared with clients or the team lead. Set up campaigns with approved bidding, scheduling, budget, targeting, creatives, URLs, and ad tracking. Optimize campaigns by audience, creative, budgets and bids to achieve goals based on frequency. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy and creative; iterate based on performance. Troubleshoot campaign issues and propose actions; identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate budget tracking and communicate potential variances to the account lead. Stay informed of digital trends and share knowledge with the team. Reporting and Analysis Collaborate with analytics to ensure data accuracy in reports and dashboards. Develop campaign reports and draw insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns. Communicate campaign performance to internal and client stakeholders in a timely manner. General Promote the LEWIS brand, its work, identity, and values. Support HR/talent by promoting opportunities on social media and via referral schemes. Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies. Act as a guardian of best marketing practice. About You Experience in a digital media agency or in-house with paid digital media campaigns (paid social, paid search, display). Confident in performance media activation; hands-on with self-service biddable platforms. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is advantageous. Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of performance and digital marketing. Keen to understand client business issues and how you can support. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise. Acute attention to detail and ability to manage and analyse campaign data. Calm under pressure and able to adapt to tight deadlines. Proven ability to manage a varied workload and interact confidently with mid to senior stakeholders.
